| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He graduated last 2020 in XXXX as a Computer Engineer. He started his career in XXXX, and he was working for a healthcare company in the US trying to help them make their product as a tech. To make their life easier, they used AWS service, and, in the backend, they use nodeJS and in the frontend they used react with typescript. Then he got an offer in XXXX, and he worked there for some time in XXXX auto’s market base. His team built things from scratch where his focus is in full stack development. His project there was like an Amazon service but like for cars. He started as a backend but then he took some frontend roles then he was now a full stack engineer. He moved to Dubai because he had an offer in XXXX and because he wanted to be close to his wife who lives there. In XXXX, same thing happened in XXXX, at first, he was a backend engineer then took some frontend tasks as well then, he switched back to being a full stack engineer. He left XXXX for a month now and supposed to go to Germany but there are some changes of plans last minute because of family reasons. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He likes working in some of the backend stuff like AWS. He also worked with database for some time and TypeScript. In addition to the backend, he also worked with Python for a lot of time because he used to be a data scientist before. He also used some AI tools and react as well. 3.Do you have the list/s of criteria of what the client needs? For JavaScript/TypeScript, since he was a Software Engineer for so long, he has been using this for quite some time now and he rates himself as 4 out 5 in using JavaScript. He only rates 4 because he believes nobody would give themselves a 5. For Java and Python, he worked with it during his college years and for his personal projects but not in the industry. For C#, he has experienced working with it when he was in XXXX as a Software Engineer. He rates himself 3.5 out of 5 in using Python and C#. Most of his experiences are in TypeScript/JavaScript. For the networking protocols, he has working knowledge of it and studied those concepts during college to collect three or four courses about networks and as a requirement for computer engineering students. |
