After graduating, she started working as a Personal Assistant to the Global Development Manager of XXXX where she is responsible for helping the GDM to prepare her job, maintain the effective running of the office by helping in booking hospitality accommodation, business trip flights, check office supplies, and submit financial reports. She is also the one preparing documents, confidential information, and proofreading presentations. Included in her daily tasks as well are managing her calendar, organize meetings, welcome internal and external stakeholders and manager her emails. Before this, she was a Personal Assistant of CEO and Business Interpreter for XXXX in Beijing.

Strongest skill would be her time management skills, interpersonal relationship skills, organization skills, and most importantly, problem-solving skills.
