Before this, he was a Project Manager & Team Lead for XXXX where he was also supervising the development team with their projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management since he was doing these for several years now. Also, loves to take on deadlines and challenges. Rates himself a 3-3.5 out of 5 in terms of project management in general. 3.
