| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in the C-level executive for many years mostly doing business development and operations. He is also focusing on sales, marketing, business development, and working with startups. He has been mostly international operations manager being able to operate in any environment. For the last 12 years, he has been working in the financial services mostly Forex and has worked with international big companies like XXXX, XXXX, etc. For the last 6 years, he has been into Crypto, starting up a Crypto exchange and operations. He is currently working now for group of companies in Dubai being Operations Manager. He is mainly involved in operations from startup to the launch of the operations; hiring new people, training the people, and development. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be opening and starting up new operations in any country. He has been working in the startups from the beginning to the launch. He has both experience in technical and commercial part; he has set up his career doing business development and has the technical know-hows to run an office or operation offering financial services since he has been doing this for the last 10 years mostly forex and crypto. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has been into crypto and forex industry for the last 12+ years of his career. Proficient with setting up and running a business/office under UAE regulations including jurisdiction, legality and compliance stuff, etc. also involved in client acquisitions, campaign management, running sales teams, acquiring leads for them and teaching them how to close leads.
