He is currently working as an IT Support Engineer, with a career spanning over 8 years in IT support. His recent position was as a System Support Engineer at XXXX in Dubai, where he was responsible for delivering high-quality VIP support and troubleshooting various IT issues, including Office 365 services, macOS and iOS device management, and networking. He has also worked on a major Office 365 Azure Migration project for MIDIS Group, migrating 6,500 users to Office 365 across 15 countries. Before that, he worked in XXXX Qatar’s head office, where he provided Level 1 and Level 2 support for both the retail sector and internal teams, including support for Mac and Windows environments. Earlier in his career, he worked for XXXX in Qatar, where he was involved in hardware and software support, mobile device troubleshooting, and network system management. 2.
