| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He studied and completed computer science. He started his career as a full stack developer in financial firm and he was using C# where he made a payment gateway application. Then he switched to another company which was working with government related projects, mainly with networking. He worked there for three years then he moved to Dubai, and he had the similar job for what he was doing back in Pakistan. He is deploying router softwares in Dubai creating bridge between customer and the satellites providing statistics. For his technical background he worked on C++ mainly and worked with SQL databases. He also worked with javascript but he mainly focus on backend. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He specializes in backend, c++ mainly. He also worked with Python before as well and quite keen about frontend development. He started a project in his company, and it is one of the initiatives he feels very proud of. He built a portal using nextJS and React that runs on airlines. 2.Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? He is confident in working with javascript, since he used it in one of his projects in the past, and he rates himself 4 out of 5 for using javascript. He is also capable of using Python and have fundamental knowledge in Java since he last used Java when he was in college and he has no working experience in Java, but he can perform well even though he hasn’t used it in a while. He also used networking protocols. He is using these protocols in a daily basis. He’s done parsing as well and very natural for him in using these networking protocols. |
