| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is a Computer Engineering graduate in XXXX, and he graduated 3 months ago and over the course of 4 years, he is interested in programming and software development. In his first few years, he did a lot of python programming and the next few years, he is starting to get interested in C#. That led him to create an application in C# using WPF and Avalonia UI. The application that he created currently has 3000 downloads and is an open-source application and install some modifications. He also did a lot of web programming that he learned how to use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, react for his final project. For his professional experience, he had an internship that he did last summer where he learned more how to use React and Java to create an admin dashboard. Now he is an software engineer intern in XXXX. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? He is mostly a content engineer, and he has a year of experience in React and JavaScript in Android technologies. He also has experience with some backend development in Django but his main experience is in frontend development. 2.Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? For Java, he has done 2 courses when he was in college, and he also has a lot of experience in C# and according to him it almost translates to Java as well. For C#, he rates himself 4.5 out of 5. For JavaScript and Python, he rates himself 4 out of 5 because he has used this programming languages in his recent application projects and recent web development projects. For the networking concepts, he has working knowledge of these networking concepts, and he also had done a clearance from the XXXX where he practiced a lot of concept on a Linux Machine. He has those experiences but not in the working industry. |
