He is a Senior Magento Developer in XXXX, and he just started there 1.5 years ago. Before, he was in Pakistan and worked in XXXX that is a retail ecommerce store that is also based in Magento. His background is a backend developer, and he is working with PHP and JavaScript. He is also checking server-side stuff like Linux and monitoring Cloudflare. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His specialization is backend development, mostly PHP and server-side because he mentioned he worked before on XXXX. He worked with WordPress there. Basically, all the platforms he worked with was related to PHP. Now, for the past seven to eight years, he is continuously working on Magento. 2.Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? For Javascript he rates himself 4 out of 5, because he said earlier that he is working with it in the past with PHP as a backend developer, so he is capable and comfortable in using this language. For C# he has used it in the past but for personal projects only. For Python and Java, he didn’t encounter it, or he haven’t used it.
