| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has been into project management and senior project manager roles for about 20+ years now. He has lead a team from different technologies and walked on different modules/products such as e-toll, mobility, ERP, CRM, and such. His last company was with XXXX as a Senior IT Program Manager where they partnered with XXXX and worked for XXXX India, he has successfully rolled out the XXXX. Before this, he was a Senior Project Manager for XXXX, for the client XXXX where he managed a project team of about 30+ and worked on a healthcare project. Most of his experiences before this was a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager as well for several different companies. He started off as a software developer in .Net Microsoft technologies and from there on, shifted his career as a Senior Software Engineer, Team lead, and later on to Project management roles. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management since this is what he has been doing for a very long time now. He is also a PMP certified and considers himself proficient with project management, delivery management, and program management. On the technical side, he’s very good with Microsoft technologies such as .Net, ASP.Net, SQL server, and such. Also experienced with Azure DevOps and other project management tools. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 15+ years of experience as a senior project manager and is a well-seasoned one already. Has years of experience with software project management as well. Good with risk and cost management, team management, and has a very good negotiation skills since these are all part of his core skills as a project manager. He is also a PMP Certified, PSM Certified, and has Internal Auditor and Data Science Certifications as well. |
