| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She completed her PhD and PostDoc both in Korea but before finishing them, she was with two companies in Korea including XXXX as a Clinical Data Associate, and XXXX as a Data Management Associate where she was responsible for working upon new drugs and clinical trials data, work closely with the data management team, and then get the approval from US FDA. After that, she was a Researcher for the XXXX and worked with nutra waste utilization and nutraceutical processing for recovery of bioactive compounds and biological effects. That was when she did her PhD and Postdoc, currently, she’s an Assistant Professor in XXXX in India where she is both teaching and doing research; for the subjects/courses, she mostly teach biotechnology, food biotechnology, and cancer research. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be her teamwork skills, can say that she’s a great team player and has always accomplished things with a team; such as clinical research organizations, teaching, and even in research. For her expertise, she’ good with cancer research and protein research involved in cancer as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has been in the biotechnology space for about 6-7+ years now and also involved in the validation space since she has been doing that for her past roles in South Korea specifically data validation. She is also confident with customer-facing roles and can understand customer workflow and requirements as well. |
