He is working for a fast food chain and working in the head office and he is responsible for looking on the complete support for their offices and server branches. He was also working as a junior system admin and used to handle the supermarket chains and help in terms of the POS, network, troubleshooting computers, and giving access to its users as well. He was also supporting the users in the airport and immigration when he was starting his career. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He has a good knowledge in network and rates his skills 4 out of 5 and desktop support for 4 out of 5 as well. He has windows OS and MS experience. He also has some certifications for Microsoft and ITIL and do trainings for both Microsoft and Cisco. |
