|1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working at the at an IT consultancy, moved to another project in XXXX, within the last 7-8 years she has been working in IT consultancy in healthcare, started in a Hospital in the IT as a business change analyst for their EPR which is electronic patient records for implemented electronic patient record which is about it was about £5 million project and then I moved to a supplier, XXXX. They were actually the supplier that worked with us on the hospital, so they head hunted her so she moved the supplier for a couple of years, was working there as an implementation specialist, going to different hospital within XXXX or private and implement the modules, the software and then last year she moved to a consultancy company. Prior to that, she was more involved in customer service, when she was working in an insurance company, to see if the customers had any issues, they would call us and then we would mitigate their issues and if they needed engineers or so on and before that was a quality assurance for the same company, had to quantify the codes that was going out to the clients to make sure that it was going by the rulebook
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is strongest in communication skills, because quite sociable and job needs quite a lot of socializing and communication, communicating with stakeholders and suppliers. She has around 8 years of customer service experience, is interested in finance market, does research, has extensive experience with mS office such as word, excel, projects, etc.
She has experience working in customer service – retail customer service both face to face and phone customer service. She has dealt with budgeting and managing invoices with current job. She used to receive calls from customers when they had issues with their appliances for example the washing machine or the fridge and they needed service and had to deal with the complaints quite a lot and if something needed fixing and had to kind of sort that out, put them in the right department or deal with the complaints themselves and before sending the complaints to the manager, if couldn’t deal with it and also similar with her my current job deal with because of the consultancy work they deal with clients, customers and so on.
