He has over 5 years of experience and 3 years of experience in sales. He started his career as a customer service associate for Amazon. Later, he moved to Saudi Arabia to work in sales. He believed he could contribute his skills in sales, which is why he took up a job in Jeddah as an ERP consultant, offering ERP systems to enterprise businesses within Saudi Arabia. Subsequently, he got an opportunity to work in his current company, where he is employed as a sales account manager. His daily duties include prospecting clients, speaking with clients, and qualifying opportunities. He offers solutions such as warehouse management, fixed asset management, inventory management, and sales planning, along with hardware solutions like zebra barcode printers, barcode scanners, and RFID systems. He also assists customers with Microsoft Dynamics, though he considers himself a basic consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365, qualifying opportunities, giving demos to customers. He has successfully closed a significant number of deals and has worked on big accounts within the Saudi Arabia region, with his team, he contributed to the success of the warehouse management solution implementation along with Microsoft Dynamics, marking a significant achievement for him and his team.

His strongest skills include qualifying opportunities and understanding the customer. He emphasizes the importance of helping the customer and to understand their points, as having a requirement doesn’t necessarily indicate a solid opportunity. He addresses the needs to comprehend on why they need and what they need. Qualifying and offering the perfect solution to the customer is one of his best skills.
