1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has 5 years of experience in IT sales. She started to work in Riyadh for a company called XXXX for 3 years. Her role mainly involved providing customer support to banks and billers as the system was a payment system connecting bank service providers. Then she decided to start her career in IT sales, joining XXXX Information Technology for around 3 years. XXXX was a small company, partnering with Oracle, Microsoft, and Autodesk. She was in charge of account management, creating and following up on leads, assisting with bids, and managing software quotations and sales. Later, when the company became partners with Autodesk, she took full responsibility for quotations, payment collection, software deployment, and customer satisfaction. She maintained a direct relationship with the Autodesk distributor, handling licensing and support issues. Her role included opening leads, following up with customers, managing quotations, and handling collections. After 6 months, she moves to and currently working with XXXX, a newly opened German company in Saudi Arabia. Her role involves generating leads, attracting interested clients, and managing software integrations. She has been with XXXX Advantage for 6 years.   
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her strongest skills would be communication and follow-up, particularly in terms of opening leads. In terms on IT sales, she rates herself 4 out of 5 as she still learning and for technical side of IT sales since her main role was opening leads on business.
