She have more than 7 years working as a customer service especially in logistics and 1 year in customer service as an IT supplier. She also has a basic information or knowledge in economics and on how people trade in terms of international businesses.
2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

She thinks that her strongest skill is her skills in Customer service and on how to deal with the customers in every angle and she also said that she always listens to the customers and find the solutions for them. she said that is every position that she works she is always focus on the customers satisfaction and specialized in customer management as well as time management. She does have an experience in salesforce and Cisco because that’s the platform they are using to contact the customers and using different platforms because she works with them every day. She’s also the first person to contact if there’s some issues the customers are facing so that it can’t escalate it to the higher level.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements?

She have 1 year of experience in the BPO company because the company also provides the forex and she also holds customers request about customers withdrawal and help them when it comes to the technical issues that they are facing in their platform.
