| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? In the beginning, he had a design project submitted to NASA that involved lots of electronics and outside the box thinking which opened up lots of opportunities for him. After that, he have worked for multiple electrical engineering companies and electronics/electromechanical areas as well. He has worked for several successful ones including XXXX, XXXX as a Project Manager where he worked on project with XXXX and the Department of Transportation. After that, he became a professor for XXXX and taught electromechanical courses, quality control courses, and also did lots of research. He is now working with XXXX as a Regional Manager, he started off there as a Project Manager, where he was mainly responsible for doing business-related matters, software design artificial arbitrage systems and pricing. He also worked with XXXX which is a large utility company and have implemented different equipment and control systems. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be good hands-on experience with technical stuff including electrical, mechanical, plastics, and even chemical. He was also an XXXX international scholar, and was part of a large organization that is associated with successful companies. Was also recognized by his previous CEO as a tenacious one and believes in him that he can get the job done. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has Master’s in Engineering and also has been working on research projects, advisory, where he worked on integrated circuits using Cadence software for VLSI. He also has electromechanical circuit degree so he is confident he can perform well in analog circuits. He is also proficient with ADCs, DACs, high speed amplifiers, and sample & hold circuits. He has experience handling projects and products from the ground up, from designing, conception, building prototype and actually developed into a full prototype, they have sold that product as well already. Great with handling and leading teams, given that he was a professor before so he has managed about 600+ students and some graduate students as well, in professional level, he has led whole teams consisting of about 6-7 engineers, salespeople/business people, and some staff as well. |
