He has about 30+ years of overall experience, he started as an Electrical/Computer Engineer and spent a large portion of his career in that side. He has covered the area from personal computers to IoT devices to even supercomputing design and analysis. He was also experienced with software/firmware development side mainly working with low level drivers, hardware extraction layers, and such. Recently, he has been in the project engineering level where they’ll get high-level requirements from customers or marketing team and they break down those requirements so they can design and build a detailed hardware/software and also check chips specifications. He also have been involved with RTL projects and designed some custom chips as well where they simulated the whole system at a register transfer level with RTL. For the past few years, he has been focused with interfacing with customers and stakeholders, understanding what the applications needs and what they need to build in terms of hardware/software part. He is currently the Director of Hardware Engineering for XXXX which is later on acquired by XXXX, he have led the research and development activities mostly for automotive products including aftermarket telematics-based driver monitoring and mentoring systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

Strongest skill would be both electrical and computer engineering since he started with this background and has been doing this for his current, previous roles as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

He has been in the electrical/computer engineering for the past 30+ years. Has done quite a bit of analog circuit design from baseband to <1 GHz, they have done power conversion as well and high power analog signals to noise ratio; also has experience with converting power or signal into a digital signal. Has experience as well with RF and power analog electronics; knowledgeable with VLSI, ADCs, DACs, and have products that are analog devices that later on products digital signals. Involved in the whole product development life cycle; they have recently developed an integrated chip where he worked from actual conceptualization, through design, and into production as well. The largest number of people that he has handled so far was 50 with 6-7 direct reports.
