| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been with XXXX for almost six years now and he has worked on number of things including cloud services, this was his first job there and he worked on the speed of the platform, deploying it on the cloud and SQL databases. After that, he moved to a more development-focused role and joined as a Full Stack Java Developer where he worked on automated testing framework from scratch which helped customer test all their customizations and service. He also worked on some machine learning projects and used lots of different technologies including React, Angular, JavaScript, and Java on the backend as well. After that, moved to an application style side of things for healthcare and life sciences where they basically build application for like hospitals, patients, and stuff like that using JavaScript, data models, and such. He started his career in India and joined XXXX as a Software Developer where he learned a lot in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and lots of web application stuff. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be full stack development and has worked on both backend, frontend over the years. In backend, he enjoys working with Java and is also open for openings involving machine learning or data stuff.
