| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He graduated at XXXX last 2017 and his final project was for a district police, which is a real world-based project. It was a full stack project with, including PHP JavaScript and and with PHP frameworks. So, with the help of the project, he got his first job with a solution which is in Chennai. He worked there with a normal back-end developer with CO PhD, and with the normal PHP staffs and with the web development technologies. It’s been around one year thereafter then he just worked with a company called XXXX It was a great exposure, and he handled around 80+ websites which was all in ad hosting. He also takes care of deployment slots and also testing and involved in all phases of software development things. He also has experience in using Azure as a framework and Laravel as well. He also used Magento which is now called Adobe Commerce in XXXX. He also has functioning knowledge with Java JDBC which he handled around 15 projects. He is also knowledgeable in module customizations which was assigned to him when he was a support engineer. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His specialization comes with the frontend which he worked with in the past as Magento now known as Adobe Commerce. He can be a full stack developer with some frontend and backend but for the last 2 years he is working as a backend developer. He also specializes working with Docker and with AWS hosting. In addition to these skills, he also mentioned he also capable in using postman tools. 3. Do you have the list/s of skill criteria of what the client needs? He worked with JavaScript and nodeJS in the past and TypeScript. He rates himself 5 out of 5 in using JavaScript. For Python, Java, and C#, he used those when he was in college. He worked with C# mostly during college. He also worked with Django also. For networking protocols, he worked with all of these CCPA and other things also when he was in college and have the fundamental working knowledge about these concepts. |
