He recently acquired his CCNA and has a profound knowledge in IT and knows how to install and troubleshoot printers and routers. He also have knowledge installing windows OS and basic knowledge with Linux and specialized in installing the MS 365 applications. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He has a good skill in WIFI installations and can install routers too. He rates his skills in installing Wi-Fi for enterprises 3 out of 5 while 4.5 out of 5 if it’s just for home services. He also rates his skills in LAN 4 out of 5 while WAN is 3 out of 5 since he just has a little experience on it. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements? He said that he Is good in collecting the customers requirements and know their privileges and policies.
