Has been in the project management industry for about 8 years now. He is currently a Technical Project Manager at XXXX; sometimes he is also doing product management. He is responsible for coming up with new ideas and approaches. He is also responsible for keeping the client updated, handling the technical aspect of things, manage and coordinate the projects with different teams such as UI/UX and QA team. Basically, he is the one responsible in converting all the requirements into technical solutions. Have lots of industry experience in medical, education, food, music, and recently he’s in the AI/Machine Learning. He is also the founder of XXXX where they have a small team that works on some projects; they mostly use WordPress, Shopify, Flutter, React, and Ruby on Rails on some projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management and team leadership. In the project management side, he is proficient with getting the tasks ready and getting the requirements cleared. For the team leadership, he is good with keeping the team motivated, listening to their problems and resolving them. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both project management and team leadership. 3.
