He has 16 of experience in software industry. He is currently working in Abu Dhabi as a detail solution architect. He also has master’s degree in computer application and he also done other certifications like PMP and CSM. His core of his expertise in in the technical area and team management skills as well. He is mostly work on in technology and coding stacks like reactJS, typescript js, dotnet, bootstrap and all SharePoint solutions and API. So all the languages and frameworks is on my resume and there’s a lot of it since I’ve been working for 16 years now in the industry.
 
2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? 

He is a technical person and he don’t take his expertise as his comfort zone since he knows that technology is keep evolving and there’s a lot of room for him to grow even though he has 16 years of experience and handled different projects he is still willing, motivated and would loved to learn more in the company. It’s always matter how you understand the customer and problems and how will you adjust to the requirement and the solution. Anything technical challenges would by me are of expertise.
