He began his career in Jordan in 2007 with a company called XXXX. He started as a GIS analyst at Esri distributor in Jordan. After 6 months, he moved to Dubai. He joined XXX, then known as Navik, as a GIS analyst. He spent 2 or 3 years in the technical department before being promoted to team lead. 2 years later, he was promoted to a managerial role overseeing operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. This included managing projects, quality processes ISO certification, and government relations. He also handled some business development with customer organizations and the sales team. He spent 2 years in Dubai working on special global projects for clients. He joined the sales team as a Senior Partner Account Manager. His primary role is to establish a strong network of partners in the region. These partners specialize in various domains, including fleet management, public sector GIS licensing content and technology to telecommunications, transportation, logistics, and IT solutions, and even healthcare and other industries due to the growing importance of location services and intelligence. He manages this diverse network, ensuring partners have access to the necessary documentation, content, platforms, and proper setup according to the partnership program. He also provides support, meeting them regularly. His territory covers the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and surrounding regions. This necessitates daily interaction with internal stakeholders like legal, accounting, finance, management, professional services, technical services, and the product team. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
