| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has experience in the cryptocurrency and financial markets. Starting in 2015 with Bitcoin mining in Venezuela, he grew his father’s company into one of the largest trading firms, managing 200+ mining units. In 2020, he moved to the Middle East as a Trader, focusing on client account management and trading strategies. He has extensive experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5, both as a user and admin, handling client groups, swaps, and settings. His work with a brokerage firm involved client management and strategy implementation, achieving millions in USD through his trading success. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills lie in trading, specifically in FX and brokerage management. He has worked in Dubai with 2-3 brokers and served as a consultant, where he created trading strategies and successfully brought in more clients. In addition, he has experience in client management, particularly with gold buyers, using MetaTrader 5, and directly communicating with banks to resolve issues. He is particularly interested in brokerage operations and has also worked on social media strategies for business growth and launching a property firm. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client’s requirements? He has over 9 years of experience in the financial services sector, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (with 80% completion). He is highly familiar with CFDs, Forex, and MetaTrader 4 and 5, as well as CRM systems. While he is not as experienced with ADGM/FSA regulations, he is well-versed in managing swaps, commissions (based on client lots), and brokerage operations. He has expertise in CFDs, including metal Forex, and is skilled at managing and executing these operations.
