Prior to that, he built his own startup, a smart feedback platform for hospitality businesses.  He successfully scaled the platform to nearly 100,000 users within six months, demonstrating his capabilities in customer acquisition and retention.  His career began as an associate consultant with a supply chain consulting firm, where he helped major multinational companies implement warehouse management solutions.  This experience solidified his core competencies: objective selling, P&L management, and building and training successful sales teams.
