He has spent the past 16 years in Dubai, with 14 years within telematics industry. His career began with XXXX, a distributor of photographic equipment, for nearly 3 years as a Channel Account Manager, he then joined XXXX, a software company specializing in telematics solutions similar to your current role.  For 8 years, he managed clients in the UAE and KSA, including Emirates Airlines, Emirates Flight Catering, construction companies, and logistics companies.  Their solution was an in-house developed fleet management system. Next, he spent 8 years as a Business Development Manager for XXXX an Austrian company offering telematics solutions.  His responsibilities include catering to SMEs in oil & gas, construction, logistics, and distribution.

2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He possesses strong technical and commercial skills. He excels at demonstrating solutions to clients and managing techno-commercial proposals. Additionally, his experience in project management includes conducting POC projects to validate solutions for clients. His background also highlights his expertise in account management, project management, payment follow-up, and client retention. He has a proven track record of retaining clients even in challenging situations, demonstrating his strong customer focus and ability to overcome objections.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has sales-focused role, specifically as a Business Development and Sales Manager. When he is in UK-based company located in Dubai. For nearly a year, he worked with their industry-leading telematics solution a branded solution from the US.  His role focused on both security and asset management solutions which using of GPS device plus data and either set com device or a normal GPS device and plus a platform where the application you can give the access to the customer. He also moves to XXXX, an Egyptian company part of the XXXX.  For 3 years, he managed similar solutions, including telematics for fleet & asset management, diesel & fuel monitoring, cargo security, and new security solutions, catering to SMEs in oil & gas, civil defense, logistics, construction, and food distribution. He has also a UAE driving license.
