Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has about 16 years of experience in the financial technology and mostly concentrated in Middle East market. Last 2015, she joined XXXX as a Country Manager where she managed to bring in like six new names for the company and all of them was through direct sales. She also has worked on creating partner ecosystem and was later on promoted to become Regional Partner Sales Manager for the same company, additionally handling some more countries including Oman, Bahrain, Libya, Iraq, and couple accounts in Turkey. Aside from selling directly to banks, she’s also doing account management and she was creating indirect sales ecosystem through the partners. She is currently doing freelancing sales strategy/partner management consultant where she’s working with a couple of companies and some of them are implementation companies so she’s helping them with business development. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be more on the business development side since she was fully concentrated in BFSI and banking technology, started project implementation/management as well so she has great understanding of banking requirements especially in the Middle East region. Also have great network and connections especially trusted advisors in the region. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has been doing sales and business development for quite some time now so she has a proven hunter sales experience and successful record of sales achievement. She is also experienced in financial services and banking products since she’s concentrated with financial tech for quite a while now.
