His last role was an IT Infrastructure Sales Manager for XXXX where he was mainly focused in the Dubai market specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for Unified Communications, Audio/Visual systems, and a broad range of IT infrastructure products from leading vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, HP, and Dell; mostly for their customers/clients in the telecommunications, IT managed service providers, consulting firms, and some government sectors. He was responsible there for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the sales process from lead generation to successful closure. He also worked closely with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and recommends tailored solutions, as well as internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the proposed solutions and provide post-sales support. On a daily basis, he was in charge with creating and executing strategic sales plans, delivering presentations, managing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts; almost an account manager for them as well. With his strong understanding of complex communication systems and infrastructure solutions, he effectively positioned products like Avaya, Cisco, HP, and Dell for their enterprise clients in Dubai. He started off as a Sales Representative for XXXX where he was mostly handling Genesys, Mitel, and other similar brands. 2.
