Transitioning into the cryptocurrency industry two years ago, he has been with XXX since 2019, spending over three years in Abu Dhabi before continuing there in February. His daily responsibilities included marketing tokens for the market, selling them in the UAE, and distributing them in the Chinese market. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills and expertise lie in a comprehensive knowledge of the financial markets, including gold trading. He excels in managing and building teams while navigating large-scale markets effectively. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client’s requirements? He has extensive experience working with MetaTrader 4 and 5, managing a large team, and handling client and group settings, such as margin rates, symbols, commissions, and swaps. His responsibilities included providing support through hundreds of calls and meetings,and ensuring the team earned commissions and benefits. In terms of business risk management, he trains his team over a 2-3 week period to teach them how to communicate with clients and understand market conditions. After this training, he evaluates their performance to mitigate risks. He is also comfortable with Microsoft Office and other software tools, having a good knowledge of them for day-to-day tasks. |
