| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She started her career in India with companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Later on, she moved to Dubai and has worked with a telecom company, XXXX, as a Sr. Analyst UAT Quality & Planning and then joined a startup called XXXX where she served as a Test Lead Software Engineer. Currently, she’s working with XXXX as a Test Lead where she has worked with functional, performance, and security testing basics; in automation, she has worked with multiple languages such as JavaScript, C# using Selenium WebDrivers, and different framework like BDD, behavioural and hybrid framework. She has created frameworks depending on their product, worked on UAT testing, and has been following Agile methodology since then; she has always been part of a project from starting until the end of the delivery, making sure that everything is as per the requirements of the business owners. For the last 3-4 years of her experience, she has been into lots of leadership roles, coming up with new innovative ideas to mitigate their problems. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be both functional and automation testing. In terms of the tools and frameworks, she is proficient with JavaScript using Selenium and Playwright, also is good with C# using VSTS tool. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has about 10 years of experience in software testing and 3+ years of it is in automation testing. She has used different automation tools including Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, Cypress, and such; also has been using Jira, Teams, and Azure DevOps for bug tracking. In terms of API testing, she mostly uses Postman and Swagger, and is also well-versed with the Agile environment. She has lots of knowledge and attended seminars when it comes to AI and LLMs although she doesn’t have hands-on experience with it yet. |
