| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has about 3.8 years of experience in both manual and automation testing across various domain particularly in banking and finance industry. She is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Software Test Analyst where she was responsible for developing test plans, executing test cases, and work closely with developers for UI and site testing. Over the past few years, she has been involved in different projects such as digital banking, retail banking, and corporate banking; experienced with CRM and specializes in all kind of cards such as loan cards, credit cards, and debit cards. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be her good analytical skills especially in going through application or software bug detections and fixes. She’s also good in maintaining good relationship with the development team, business team, and internal QA teams as well. Proficient with migration testing, smog testing, and sanity testing. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has almost 4 years of experience in software testing/QA engineering. In terms of test automation tools, she is mostly using UFT, POC for Selenium, Java, and test complete tool. Has experience with API integration as well using Postman, and tracking tools such as Jira. For testing methodologies, she is familiar with UAT, SIT, black box testing, and smoke sanity migration testing; great with both Waterfall and Agile-Scrum as well. |
