| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Recently has completed my BCA and MCA, has knowledge of different testing such as smoke testing, unit integration, and so on. Also has done several certifications including ISTQB, RYUP, and NCFM. Previously, he was a Software Testing Engineer for XXXX where he was involved with several projects including an ecommerce website gaming platform where he did smoke testing, also worked on an ecommerce online shopping platform where he did system integration testing and UAT as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be testing website and writing test cases since he has been doing this for over a year already. He also is great with understanding things quickly, being a team player, and also in terms of the technologies/tools, he’s proficient with Java, and some personalized tools he used for IT infrastructure in his last company. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has over a year of experience in software testing and quality analysis. For methodologies, he’s good with Agile and Smoke, and also willing to learn automated testing since he hasn’t done that so far. The list of testing he has done so far includes functional, regression, integration, performance, usability, security, cross-browser, mobile, and multiplayer testing. |
