Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has almost 10 years of experience in software testing and previously was working with XXXX, where she was focused on ensuring quality of software products by manual automation testing as well as ETL, business intelligence, and application testing. After that, she moved to Dubai and joined XXXX as a Quality Analyst, her first project was with Dubai Trade, which is distributing entry passes and tokens, they just tested the whole application if it’s working fine and performed all functional testing. Aside from that, she has worked on tools like Informatica, Tableau, and PowerBI for reporting platform. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be software testing since she has been doing this for the past 10 years; she’s good especially when it comes to random testing. Also, since she has worked on ServiceNow, she has experience in closing issues as per priority and severity. One of her best skills is to deliver good products with very minimal production defect. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has almost 10 years now of experience in doing QA/Software testing. For the testing methodologies, she is quite confident with Agile methodology and has been using this since 2015. She is also great with Postman, SoapUI, TFS, and recently JIRA as well for application testing and testing/writing test cases, tracking CI/CD pipelines as well. She is familiar with security testing but domain wise, might be a bit different to where she’s at. |
