| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She finished with a BTech and then joined the software testing industry as a Software Test Engineer where she has about 9 years of experience now. Her last role was with XXXX as a Consultant where she was involved with two projects; one for a PMI Transformation and then the other one is for a Wealth Management Digital Platform. She has successfully tested both platforms and was involved with the creation of test plan, test strategy, and sending reports like daily status, weekly status, and such to all team members and management. Before that, she was a Sr. Test Engineer for two companies such as XXXX and XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be testing, both functional and non-functional testing. She’s also good with creation of test strategies, reports, and all. Another thing she considers herself good is with automation, she has actually executed test cases before so she has experience with Java and Playwright. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has 8.5 years of experience being a Software/QA Test Engineer and she’s recently involved in senior/lead position as well. She is strong with testing methodologies and mostly uses Agile, has a bit of experience with Waterfall as well. For automated testing frameworks, she is proficient with Selenium, Java, and Playwright with JavaScript; she had to run scripts and write test cases in relevant to regression test cases. |
