| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has around 3 years of experience in the IT space and joined XXXX last 3 years ago. She was an Associate Consultant for them where she was basically a developer and also leading a team of about 10+ people including QA testers, product owners, developers, and maintenance as well. She was responsible there for engaging with stakeholders and gathering their requirements, used to support their business analyst as well for their documentations. From the testing point of view, she used to review test scripts of requirements from the beginning and usually do regression testing while she was working on Agile practice. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be being an individual contributor or developer; she’s good with scripting, coding, and is a fast learner so she can easily learn new technologies and adapt very quickly to the environment. She’s also good with people and team management since she has experience in this during her previous role. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has over 3 years of experience in software QA testing and is mostly focused on manual testing; she’s familiar with different testing methodologies such as regression, and also is planning to do some automation tools such as Selenium which she is currently learning. She’s very familiar with JavaScript and is very keen to learn automation testing. |
