Have a background in IT mainly in telecoms and related field. He worked for 10+ years in the UK for telecoms with major clients. He started off as a Test Management Consultant for XXXX and he moved to Dubai, worked as a Software Engineering Manager for XXXX and is currently now with XXXX as UAT Director/Head wherein they do software testing. He is also responsible for managing multiple teams working on real projects, around 20 projects per week. He ensures that the testing is all on track and that there are no problems, also work on strategic initiatives to improve the team’s performance, efficiency, and all. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be more on the leadership side, he is interested to look for challenges and join places/teams that he can bring out the best out of them, implement new things to improve their efficiency and performance. He is good with transforming companies in the way they do things, has strong background with testing as well. Can also offer program management and can effectively manage hundreds of projects at a time. |
