He is working currently with XXXX as a Technical Delivery Manager where he comes from the techno-functional background and is responsible for understanding the business expectations and how to meet them from the technology side. He acts as a bridge between the technical team and cross-functional teams, also strategically delivers project from inception to delivery itself; he has been in charge of the Middle East region for the last 10 years and majority of his projects are with the government sector in Oman and Kuwait, also has worked few implementations in Singapore as well. He has a strong client facing background and able to deal with both technical and non-technical people; also responsible for release management and delivery of majority of the projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be stakeholder management and being a techno-functional executive. He is great with understanding the business and addressing the technologies to be used. He can balance both sides and is a strong leader as well, great team management skills. |
