He has about 8+ years of experience in the IT industry ranging from IT BPS, IT BPO, IT Transportation, and IT Healthcare. Currently a Team Lead for XXXX where he is taking care of patient’s information including their intake program to their payments and exit. They use different ticketing tools such as Jira, uses SQL for database; he is also handling a team of about 20 people. Before this, he was a Data Analyst for XXXX where he had to make sure that all the KPIs are met and make sure that they provide different outputs to the management. He started off as a Senior Associate for XXXX and Desktop Engineer L1 for XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be SQL, PowerBI, and SSRS since he has been working on these technologies for quite a while now. On the soft skill side, he is a great leader and has a convincing power to drive his team. Good with Jira, Salesforce, HL7 language, and is a Certified Scrum Master as well. 3.
