| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career with conventional design but way back 2012, he has been into digital designing. He started being involved with product design and management last 2014 and has been part of a startup called XXXX as a Principal Product Designer, he was leading the product there and was involved with user research design, sprints, and design thinking processes and frameworks as well. He has understanding of programming languages as well such as JavaScript, Swift, and Python; he’s experienced with the complete product cycle from discovery to execution into the building phase. Currently, he’s now more into AI-driven design and is a Senior Product Designer with XXXX where most of his processes involves AI solutions. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be both UX and UI design since this is what he has been doing for the past 10-12 years; considers himself good 70% with UX and 30-40% in UI. He has been into lots of multidisciplinary design practices either desktop, mobile application, iOS, Android, and conventional design systems. |
