| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started his career for over 20 years already and has been working in the IT industry ever since. He’s basically from the mainframe background with technical skills in Cobol, JCL, and such. He started off as a programmer with XXXX and was there for about 2 years. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Programmer again where he was actually a mainstream developer and completed MasterCard development projects. He was also a Senior Program Analyst for XXXX where he again worked on mainframe development. He then took a quick break to prepare for his PMP and training as well. He then joined XXXX as an Associate Manager/Senior Software Engineer where he got promoted to Project Manager as well after some years. After that, he started his own startup organization named XXXX where they are doing website development for an e-commerce site. After that, he joined XXXX and worked with XXXX client, he was there as a Manager (Transformation Manager, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master).He also was a Senior Manager for XXXX and had to take a break again before joining XXXX as a Scrum Master. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project management: both traditional and Agile project management. He started working with Agile since 2010 and had some trainings for that as well. He has supported organizations to transform traditional to agile during the course of his career. |
