He started off his career as a developer into ERP tools and then began transitioning as a project manager from 2016. Overall experience with project management would be around 9 years, his last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he handled multiple projects at a time and have to connect to stakeholders and manage them. He was responsible there for the project deliverables and everything about the project; he is also communicating closely with their stakeholders to convey what are the status of their projects. Before this, he was Technical Product Manager for XXXX and a Project Manager as well for XXXX in India. He also did some technical consultancy for several companies and started off with more technical roles as a Software Engineer. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be stakeholder management and resource management. Good with project management including scheduling and understanding the business; also great sitting with the technical team and understand the scope of the project and solutions to be done. On the technical side, he’s good with micro service architecture in general. |
