She’s currently a Project Manager for XXXX for about 4-5 years now. She joined them as a Project Specialist and started handling senior roles and managed several projects already. Before joining XXXX, she was doing her Master’s and was an Assistant Project Manager for XXXX way back in India where she was involved in information security and cybersecurity in general. She has the experience of doing incident-related analysis, data leakage protection, application security, and vulnerability activities. During her time with XXXX as a Senior Research Associate (Team Lead), she experienced her first time managing a team of about 6 members and started shaping her career as a project manager. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be people management itself since she’s quite adaptable and quick to learn even if it’s something new to her.
