| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He’s a project manager and software engineer for about 15+ years now. He started his career with software developer and gradually went to software architect into project manager. Most of his projects are related to healthcare since he has 7+ years of experience in this industry; they have developed a software that can store and predict the health markers for every client. He was previously a Project Leader for XXXX where he and his friend are accepting projects and work on them from end-to-end. He was also a Project Manager for XXXX where he led the development and launch of an e-commerce platform mostly benefitting influencers and social media personalities. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be adaptability since he is mostly working with different projects that has different needs; they usually also have different target audiences and ways of recruiting people so he would consider himself strong with adaptability. For example, he worked on a healthcare project before where he started knowing nothing then eventually having even better knowledge with some of the doctors they were working with.
