| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has a total experience of around 10 years now and is currently a Senior Product Manager already. He has been part of great teams and led products from ideation up to successful launch. His core expertise is mostly retails, ecommerce, digital products, digital transformations, and data analytics. For the last five years, he has been a Product Manager for several different companies where he supported different products as well. He is currently with XXXX where they are doing an ecommerce product and has been handling a team of 10+ members; they have scaled up the technical team including Scrum masters, project managers, front end developers, back end developers, and business teams as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Product Manager as well and he was the first employee to build their ecommerce system, has built a team of around 300 people including their own centers and other third party platforms. He started off as a Product Manager for XXXX and led a startup grocery ecommerce platform there. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be product management and digital transformations (ERP, CRM implementations) since he has been doing these for the past several years. He also comes with strong finance background since that’s what he majored in during his studies. Good with communication and engagement skills. |
