| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Started his career very early in project management and started off with various companies as a Surveyor and Jr Project Manager. After going to UAE, he joined XXXX as a Project Manager and was also a Project/Operations Manager for XXXX in Fujairah. Moved to XXXX as an Implementation Project Manager where he had a serious amount of stakeholders and entities involved in their projects; they have distributed cybersecurity and digital forensic products from vendors, they would also approach integrators within Middle East, Northern Africa, Sudan, and expanded into Europe as well. His last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where they have utilized physical security assets like CCTV, access control, visitor management systems, and such. Proficient with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well. He is currently a Project Manager again now for another cyber security company, he was considered here as PMO manager for the PMO division as well where he handles a team of about 4 project managers. They work mostly on security operations center and services. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be identifying critical requirements and acting accordingly on that using common sense of a project manager. Good with a very constructive approach as well in terms of communication, a very good people’s person and likes to be hands on with his team. He is excellent with understanding and handling diversified cultures since he has worked with various cultures now inside and outside borders. |
