| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has around 20 years of experience and started his career in India as a Software Developer where he worked for a US-based company for about 3 years and then moved to Dubai and started his career there. He was a Senior Software Engineer for XXXX where he did development using .Net, C#, and VB.Net programming languages. Later on, he worked with multiple clients within UAE for implementation of mobile applications, proof of delivery applications, and RFID-based technology applications. After that, he moved to XXXX as an IT Applications Manager where he handled CRM applications, ERP integrations, and multiple systems integration as well. He is currently with XXXX as an IT Applications Manager where he manages the retail POS applications for the company and do lots of system integrations as well. He still does a bit of development but most of the things, he manages and advises his team members, does consulting for solutions, and such. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be application management, building integrations, and quickly analysing problems to be able to suggest solutions. On top of that, he recently has implemented a Salesforce CRM so he’s good in working on multiple integrations with websites in Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. He also has a background in managing and developing e-commerce websites from scratch, supporting other teams in building websites, launch them, and do quality testing. |
