| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has around 12+ years of experience in the IT project management industry and is currently an Agile Delivery Manager for XXXX where she was involved with a new mobile application project that they started from scratch, she was also assigned there as the scrum master in which they are using different frameworks and ensure that they are being delivered. Recently, she has been assigned to another governmental organization project in UAE and have already kicked off that project. Before this, she was with XXXX where she was again an Agile Coach and Senior Scrum Master for them, she was involved there mostly in cybersecurity. Prior to this, she was in Germany for a good two years as a Team Lead, it was not a full technical role but rather requires experience in project management. She also worked with XXXX as the Head of Agile and PM Division where she led and coached a total of 11 project managers and scrum masters. Previously, she was a Chief Process Manager for XXXX where she provided problem analysis and resolutions, as well as handle project managers and scrum masters. Aside from these, she has experience consulting quite a lot of companies in Agile transformation starting from scratch, explaining them why they need the service, and such. Most of the titles she had so far are Agile but she would also love to do others such as waterfall. Her background is from Economics but her passion is in the IT industry and has been a tech enthusiast for the past 12 years. She also has great passion in teaching and was with few educational institutions before where she mostly taught IT PM courses, guided and discussed the syllabus, content, and such; they also provided trainings there. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would definitely be IT project management in general, or program management as well since she has experience overseeing, not just one project but, the entire organization starting from resources, clients, and assigning/finding the appropriate teams for different projects. She’s a person who likes to deal with logistics, good with communication and is also a very empathetic one; she believes combination of these skills is helping her succeed in the PM field. |
