She started off with XXXX as the Head of International Business where she was also an associate producer for them. After the industry/company collapsed, she worked with XXXX as originally a PA then was later on promoted as the International Business Manager. Then she was contacted to work in Dubai and she joined XXXX as an Executive Assistant to CEO where she is responsible for organizing all events and meetings for their CEO including travel schedules and budgets, also acting as a coordinator for business lines. She is also involved in resource allocation and is also monitoring the project management side.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

Strongest skill would be her coordination and communication skills since she can speak multiple languages including Mandarin and Cantonese, can communicate with diverse background. She is also a people person and can consider herself trustworthy and can win people’s trust easily. During her current work, her CEO and colleagues mostly seek for her advise so she’s good with consulting as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

Has been doing administrative and secretary roles for about 1-2+ years now and is good with communication especially in different background/culture. Her last company is focused on fintech, crypto-related projects so she’s quite familiar with it. Aside from good communication, she is also good with problem-solving skills.
