He has been in the IT industry for almost 30 years now and mostly helps in transformation of larger program and organization. Currently, he’s with XXXX for the last 10 years, they are a product-based company who develops banking products and cash management products; he is an Executive Vice President for them, also a partner and manager of the trade license of their company, also a board director for their company and he manages almost 50+ banks as his customer who they are serving a team of almost 1k+ people who operate out of Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and multiple locations. He’s managing the engineering team, development innovation of products related to banking and also implementation of the roll out to the banks, also provide after implementation support to them. Before this, he worked with XXXX and XXXX as Director and Vice President. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as an Application Manager which is a manufacturing domain and later on moving to telecommunication domain for a short period of time. Mostly, he was with the financial or banking sector and is experienced with transformation from both sides. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his leadership skills since he has climbed up the ladder from when he started his career and is now on the higher/upper management roles.
