Before this role, he spent approximately eight years working at a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Partner. He has been involved in over 25 customer implementations and 80+ support engagements, covering various domains such as automotive, retail, hospitality, and financial organizations. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills are in quick learning, problem-solving, and negotiation. He emphasizes the importance of smart work over simply spending time on tasks.
